Alexandria, Va.- Public Opinion Strategies Partner Gene Ulm and Vice President George Nassar today congratulated Karen Handel on winning Georgia’s sixth congressional district and National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) Chairman Steve Stivers for keeping the district in Republican hands.
