GEORGE NASSAR NAMED NEW PARTNER AT PUBLIC OPINION STRATEGIES
The political and public affairs survey research firm of Public Opinion Strategies is pleased to announce the promotion of Vice President George Nassar to Partner.
Since joining the firm in 2017, Nassar has polled on behalf of the California state Senate and Assembly Republican caucuses, served as part of the polling team for the successful re-election of Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, and also worked on the campaign’s analytics program and conducted focus groups. Nassar also served as part of the National Republican Congressional Committee’s IE polling team.
“We are excited to have George Nassar join our partner team for 2019 and going forward,” said Bill McInturff, the firm’s Managing Partner. “George provided excellent advice and service to his clients in a difficult political environment for Republicans.”
Prior to joining Public Opinion Strategies, Nassar was a Regional Political Director for the NRCC during both the 2014 and 2016 election cycles. He also was campaign manager for both a statewide campaign in Mississippi and a major state senate race in Virginia. A native of Memphis, Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Mississippi, George recently became engaged to his fiancée, Megan Taylor.
Public Opinion Strategies has established itself as a specialist in message development in the arena of public affairs campaigns and for some of the most complex public policy battles of the last 25 years. Public Opinion Strategies polls for eleven U.S. Senators, more than 45 members of Congress, six Governors, and numerous other elected officials throughout the country. The firm is also part of the bi-partisan research team that conducts the NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll and the quarterly CNBC All America Economic Survey. There are ten partners at the firm.
