After a spike in U.S. Covid-19 cases and a net negative rating on how he is handling the economy, President Joe Biden’s overall job-approval rating has dipped below 50 percent among adults for the first time in his presidency. According to a new NBC News poll  conducted by Bill McInturff and Micah Roberts of Public Opinion Strategies and Jeff Horwitt of Hart Research Associates.  Biden’s job approval rating on COVID dropped 16 points since April and only 25% approve of his handling of the situation in Afghanistan.
